บทคัดย่อ

ในปัจจุบันการประคบสมุนไพรนอกจากใช้ในกรณีหลังคลอดแล้ว ยังนิยมใช้ควบคู่กับการนวดแผนไทย โดยมากจะใช้หลังการนวดเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว ซึ่งผลของการประคบเกิดจากความร้อนที่ไหลจากการประคบ และจากตัวยาสมุนไพรที่ซึมผ่านผิวหนังเข้าสู่ร่างกาย ซึ่งคณะผู้จัดทำเห็นว่าการประคบสมุนไพรในการบรรเทาอาการปวดจะช่วยบรรเทาอาการปวดได้ดีกว่าการกินยาปฏิชีวนะ

จากการศึกษาค้นคว้าพบว่าการประคบสมุนไพร คือการใช้สมุนไพรหลายอย่างมาห่อรวมกัน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสมุนไพรที่มีน้ำมันหอมระเหย โดยนำมานึ่งให้ร้อนประคบบริเวณที่ปวดหรือเคล็ดขัดยอกซึ่งน้ำมันหอมระเหยเมื่อถูกความร้อน จะระเหยออกมา ความร้อนจากลูกประคบจะช่วยกระตุ้นการไหลเวียนโลหิตดีขึ้นการประคบสมุนไพร คือการใช้สมุนไพรหลายอย่างมาห่อรวมกัน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสมุนไพรที่มีน้ำมันหอมระเหย โดยนำมานึ่งให้ร้อนประคบบริเวณที่ปวดหรือเคล็ดขัดยอกซึ่งน้ำมันหอมระเหยเมื่อถูกความร้อน จะระเหยออกมา ความร้อนจากลูกประคบจะช่วยกระตุ้นการไหลเวียนโลหิตดีขึ้น และยังมีสารสำคัญจากสมุนไพรบางชนิดที่ซึมเข้าทางผิวหนัง ช่วยรักษาอาการเคล็ด ขัด ยอก และลดปวดได้

บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างสิ่งประดิษฐ์หรือของเครื่องใช้ในบ้านจากวัสดุเหลือใช้ที่หาได้ง่ายและการนำสิ่งของเหลือใช้มาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์เพื่อเพิ่มคุณค่าให้มากขึ้น ซึ่งจากการที่ได้ศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับวัสดุเหลือใช้ที่สามารถหาได้ง่ายภายในครอบครัวของผู้ศึกษา พบว่าวัสดุเหลือใช้ที่มีคุณค่าและมีมากที่สุด คือ กล่องกระดาษลัง ขวดน้ำพลาสติก และหลอด จากการที่ได้ศึกษาคุณสมบัติของวัสดุเหลือใช้แต่ละชนิด มีผลทำให้รู้ข้อมูลของกระดาษลังว่า เป็นกระดาษที่มีความแข็งแรง ทนทานพอสมควร ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประดิษฐ์เป็นของใช้และของตกแต่งบ้านได้ ผู้จัดทำจึงได้คิดนำวัสดุเหลือใช้ที่หาได้ง่ายมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์และทำให้มีคุณค่ามากขึ้น โดยศึกษาการจัดทำโคมไฟจากวัสดุเหลือ คือ การนำส่วนประกอบของกระดาษลังมาจัดทำเป็นโคมไฟ
                ผลการจัดทำโคมไฟจากกระดาษลัง พบว่าเป็นโคมไฟที่ทำมาจากวัสดุเหลือใช้ มีความสวยงามสามารถนำไปเป็นของประดับตกแต่งภายในบ้าน ตามโต๊ะทำงาน นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถนำโคมไฟจากกระดาษลังไปเป็นของใช้ภายในบ้านได้ด้วย เพราะเมื่อนำโคมไฟไปใช้งานแล้วพบว่า โคมไฟจากกระดาษลังสามารถให้แสงสว่างที่เพียงพอในที่มืดหรือในเวลากลางคืนอาจเป็นบริเวณที่ไม่กว้างมากนัก เช่น บนโต๊ะทำงาน บนหัวเตียง หรือตามมุมต่างๆของบ้าน เป็นต้น เพราะเนื่องจากเป็นโคมไฟที่นำมาใช้ตกแต่งเป็นส่วนมากและยังสามารถนำไปขายเพื่อสร้างรายได้ได้
